Rosalin

Finding Lovers in Every Turn

Born in the early 1850's to an Irish father and French mother, Rosalin was a child reared in the most unlikely circumstances of love. Rosalin's early life was filled with a beautiful blend of both her parents' cultures. Rosalin's mother loved the grand dance halls. This is where Rosalin learned how to dance and act like a lady, but much like her father, Rosalin had a bit of the fae in her. Raised with the vivacity and superstitions of fae from her pauper father, and the elegance and confidence of her gentry mother she grew into an untamable Wild Irish Rose.

Rosalin caught the eye of plenty of gentlemen, but she denied them all in favor of the company of raucous pub-goers. Her mother saw her husband’s wildness in her daughter and knew she could not hold her Wild Irish Rose back. Frequenting the dance halls as they did, it is no surprise that they were well acquainted and rather liked the Madam Babs of the Tavern. Under the circumstances that the Madam would watch over her daughter, Rosalin's mother granted Rosalin permission to travel with the Madam and her girls. She has been with the tavern for almost 10 years now, and writes to her mother often.
